  • What is the condition of the property? Sometimes foreclosed properties have a great deal of deferred maintenance and repair that is needed. We have to be sure we factor this into the price.
  • Is the property a good value? Simply being bank owned does not guarantee a proper price. In fact, some foreclosures are reduced drastically during their time on the market in order to get sold. We need to prepare an analysis of the property to ensure good value.
  • Is the seller going to cooperate? When purchasing residential property, terms can be just as important as price. We need to evaluate your goals and needs before going after a foreclosure where you’re required to play by the bank’s rules.
